By accessing and using Nōri Botanical's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Nōri Botanical provides an e-commerce platform for botanical products, including but not limited to plants, planters, gardening supplies, and related accessories. We also provide educational content through our Learning Hub and community features through our Directory. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: • Unavailability of products • Errors in product description or pricing • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the current price at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We strive to ensure all products are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Due to the nature of live plants, some variations in appearance are normal and expected.

We accept returns under the following conditions: • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • Live plants must be accompanied by photographic evidence of damage • Non-plant items may be returned within 14 days in original condition Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

While we provide care instructions for all plants, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as plant health depends on various environmental factors beyond our control. Nōri Botanical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nōri Botanical or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this site without our express written permission. The Nōri name and logo are trademarks of Nōri Botanical and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to use the platform to: • Upload or transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
